This I say then； Walk in the Spirit； and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh。
5：17因为情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和情欲相争。这两个是彼此相敌，使你们不能作所愿意作的。
For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit； and the Spirit against the flesh： and these are contrary the one to the other： so that ye cannot do the things that ye would。
5：18但你们若被圣灵引导，就不在律法以下。
But if ye be led of the Spirit； ye are not under the law。
5：19情欲的事，都是显而易见的。就如奸淫，污秽，邪荡，
Now the works of the flesh are manifest； which are these； Adultery； fornication； uncleanness； lasciviousness；
5：20拜偶像，邪术，仇恨，争竞，忌恨，恼怒，结党，纷争，异端，
Idolatry； witchcraft； hatred； variance； emulations； wrath； strife； seditions； heresies；
5：21嫉妒，（有古卷在此有凶杀二字）醉酒，荒宴等类，我从前告诉你们，现在又告诉你们，行这样事的人，必不能承受神的国。
Envyings； murders； drunkenness； revellings； and such like： of the which I tell you before； as I have also told you in time past； that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God。
5：22圣灵所结的果子，就是仁爱，喜乐，和平，忍耐，恩慈，良善，信实，
But the fruit of the Spirit is love； joy； peace； longsuffering； gentleness； goodness； faith；
5：23温柔，节制。这样的事，没有律法禁止。
Meekness； temperance： against such there is no law。
5：24凡属基督耶稣的人，是已经把肉体，连肉体的邪情私欲，同钉在十字架上了。
And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts。
5：25我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事。
If we live in the Spirit； let us also walk in the Spirit。
5：26不要贪图虚名，彼此惹气，互相嫉妒。
Let us not be desirous of vain glory； provoking one another； envying one another。

6：1弟兄们，若有人偶然被过犯所胜，你们属灵的人，就应当用温柔的心，把他挽回过来。又当自己小心，恐怕也被引诱。
Brethren； if a man be overtaken in a fault； ye which are spiritual； restore such an one in the spirit of meekness； considering thyself； lest thou also be tempted。
6：2你们各人的重担要互相担当，如此就完全了基督的律法。
Bear ye one another's burdens； and so fulfil the law of Christ。
6：3人若无有，自己还以为有，就是自欺了。
For if a man think himself to be something； when he is nothing； he deceiveth himself。
6：4各人应当察验自己的行为，这样，他所夸的就专在自己，不在别人了。
But let every man prove his own work； and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone； and not in another。
6：5因为各人必担当自己的担子。
For every man shall bear his own burden。
6：6在道理上受教的，当把一切需用的供给施教的人。
Let him that is taught in the word municate unto him that teacheth in all good things。
6：7不要自欺，神是轻慢不得的。人种的是什么，收的也是什么。
Be not deceived； God is not mocked： for whatsoever a man soweth； that shall he also reap。
6：8顺着情欲撒种的，必从情欲收败坏顺着圣灵撒种的，必从圣灵收永生。
For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption； but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting。
6：9我们行善，不可丧志。若不灰心，到了时候，就要收成。
And let us not be weary in well doing： for in due season we shall reap； if we faint not。
6：10所以有了机会，就当向众人行善。向信徒一家的人更当这样。
As we have therefore opportunity； let us do good unto all men； especially unto them who are of the household of faith。
6：11请看我亲手写给你们的字，是何等的大呢。
Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand。
6：12凡希图外貌体面的人，都勉强你们受割礼。无非是怕自己为基督的十字架受逼迫。
As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh； they constrain you to be circumcised； only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ。
6：13他们那些受割礼的，连自己也不守律法。他们愿意你们受割礼，不过要藉着你们的肉体夸口。
For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law； but desire to have you circumcised； that they may glory in your flesh。
6：14但我断不以别的夸口，只夸我们主耶稣基督的十字架。因这十字架，就我而论，世界已经钉在十字架上。就世界而论，我已经钉在十字架上。
But God forbid that I should glory； save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ； by whom the world is crucified unto me； and I unto the world。
6：15受割礼不受割礼都无关紧要，要紧的就是作新造的人。
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing； nor uncircumcision； but a new creature。
6：16凡照此理而行的，愿平安怜悯加给他们，和神的以色列民。
And as many as walk according to this rule； peace be on them； and mercy； and upon the Israel of God。
6：17从今以后，人都不要搅扰我。因为我身上带着耶稣的印记。
From henceforth let no man trouble me： for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus。
6：18弟兄们，愿我主耶稣基督的恩常在你们心里。阿们。
Brethren； the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit。 Amen。

1：1奉神旨意，作基督耶稣使徒的保罗，写信给在以弗所的圣徒，就是在基督耶稣里有忠心的人。
Paul； an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God； to the saints which are at Ephesus； and to the faithful in Christ Jesus：
1：2愿恩惠平安，从神我们的父，和主耶稣基督，归与你们。
Grace be to you； and peace； from God our Father； and from the Lord Jesus Christ。
1：3愿颂赞归与我们主耶稣基督的父神，他在基督里，曾赐给我们天上各样属灵的福气。
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ； who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ：
1：4就如神从创立世界以前，在基督里拣选了我们，使我们在他面前成为圣洁，无有瑕疵。
According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world； that we should be holy and without blame before him in love：
1：5又因爱我们，就按着自己意旨所喜悦的，豫定我们，藉着耶稣基督得儿子的名分，
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself； according to the good pleasure of his will；
1：6使他荣耀的恩典得着称赞。这恩典是他在爱子里所赐给我们的。
To the praise of the glory of his grace； wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved。
1：7我们藉这爱子的血，得蒙救赎，过犯得以赦免，乃是照他丰富的恩典。
In whom we have redemption through his blood； the forgiveness of sins； according to the riches of his grace；
1：8这恩典是神用诸般智慧聪明，充充足足赏给我们的，
Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence；
1：9都是照他自己所豫定的美意，叫我们知道他旨意的奥秘，
Having made known unto us the mystery of his will； according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself：
1：10要照所安排的，在日期满足的时候，使天上地上一切所有的，都在基督里同归于一。
That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ； both which are in heaven； and which are on earth； even in him：
1：11我们也在他里面得了基业，（得或作成）这原是那位随己意行作万事的，照着他旨意所豫定的。
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance； being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will：
1：12叫他的荣耀，从我们这首先在基督里有盼望的人，可以得着称赞。
That we should be to the praise of his glory； who first trusted in Christ。
1：13你们既听见真里的道，就是那叫你们得救的福音，也信了基督，既然信他，就受了所应许的圣灵为印记。
In whom ye also trusted； after that ye heard the word of truth； the gospel of your salvation： in whom also after that ye believed； ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise；
1：14这圣灵，是我们得基业的凭据，（原文作质）直等到神之民（民原文作产业）被赎，使他的荣耀得着称赞。
Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession； unto the praise of his glory。
1：15因此，我既听见你们信从主耶稣，亲爱众圣徒，
Wherefore I also； after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus； and love unto all the saints；
1：16就为你们不住的感谢神，祷告的时候，常题到你们。
Cease not to give thanks for you； making mention of you in my prayers；
1：17求我们主耶稣基督的神，荣耀的父，将那赐人智慧和启示的灵，赏给你们，使你们真知道他。
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ； the Father of glory； may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him：
1：18并且照明你们心中的眼睛，使你们知道他的恩召有何等指望。他在圣徒中得的基业，有何等丰盛的荣耀。
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened； that ye may know what is the hope of his calling； and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints；
1：19并知道他向我们这信的人所显的能力，是何等浩大，
And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us…ward who believe； according to the working of his mighty power；
1：20就是照他在基督身上，所运行的大能大力，使他从死里复活，叫他在天上坐在自己的右边，
Which he wrought in Christ； when he raised him from the dead； and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places；
1：21远超过一切执政的，掌权的，有能的，主治的，和一切有名的。不但是今世的，连来世的也都超过了。
Far above all principality； and power； and might； and dominion； and every name that is named； not only in this world； but also in that which is to e：
1：22又将万有服在他的脚下，使他为教会作万有之首。
And hath put all things under his feet； and gave him to be the head over all things to the church；
1：23教会是他的身体，是那充满万有者所充满的。
Which is his body； the fulness of him that filleth all in all。

2：1你们死在过犯罪恶之中，他叫你们活过来，
And you hath he quickened； who were dead in trespasses and sins；
2：2那时你们在其中行事为人随从今世的风俗，顺服空中掌权者的首领，就是现今在悖逆之子心中运行的邪灵。
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world； according to the prince of the power of the air； the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience：
2：3我们从前也都在他们中间，放纵肉体的私欲，随着肉体和心中所喜好的去行，本为可怒之子，和别人一样。
Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh； fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind； and were by nature the children of wrath； even as others。
2：4然而神既有丰富的怜悯。因他爱我们的大爱，
But God； who is rich in mercy； for his great love wherewith he loved us；
2：5当我们死在过犯中的时候，便叫我们与基督一同活过来。（你们得救是本乎恩）
Even when we were dead in sins； hath quickened us together with Christ； （by grace ye are saved；）
